February 2013, Saint-Luc-de-Vincennes – Renaud Lapierre, President of Viridis environnement, presents Jean-Claude Milot, Mayor of the municipality, with a cheque from the CMI Green Fund. This financial support will be used for three different projects aimed at the sustainable development of the municipality.

Drinking water conservation strategy – distribution Action Kit: Offer the municipality’s population accessories to save drinking water, such as low-flow showerheads, aerators, “tank bank” bags for toilet tanks, shower hourglasses and leak detection tablets.
Household Composting – Ground-Machine Distribution: To provide the municipality with a home composter and aerator and to provide one or two 90-minute training sessions on home composting.
Improvements and beautification of the municipal park : A 1500 m2 area, part of the park is currently undeveloped. The City would like to install outdoor amenities, trees, landscaping and a community garden.
