Since 2020, Viridis has been operating its own hauling division. Its large fleet of trucks and trailers, as well as the partnerships developed over the years with trusted carriers, enable it to offer a versatile and efficient service.
Viridis has the largest transshipment and warehousing structure in Quebec, located in Bécancour. It also operates a large fleet of storage tanks across Quebec. This range of solutions gives it unparalleled flexibility to meet the specific needs of each client.
A wastewater treatment pond emptying service is also offered to municipalities and industries that use this management method.
Viridis is accredited as a sampling firm for fertilizing residual materials (FRM) by the Centre d’expertise en analyse environnementale du Québec (CEAEQ). This accreditation ensures that sampling activities follow a strict framework of specific requirements providing reliable results for a wide range of applications.
The sampling carried out by Viridis makes it possible to classify FRM according to chemical contaminants (C), pathogens (P), foreign bodies (E) and preventive investigative parameters (I). The results obtained are then used to determine the optimal valorization method, in accordance with the requirements of Quebec’s Fertilizing Residual Materials Management Code.
Viridis environnement is proposing to municipalities, MRCs and residual materials management authorities the option of the TRIOM solution for treating and recycling organic matter from garbage collected in the residential and ICI (Industrial, Commercial and Institutional) sectors, with or without the use of brown bins.
This complete biological treatment chain integrates the patented SHOC® technology, which was developed and patented in Quebec by the Research and development institute for the agri-environment (IRDA), and is used exclusively by Viridis.
Viridis has expertise in the rehabilitation of degraded sites, in the fertilization of forest plots, in the development of products based on fertilizing residual materials (MRF), in the manufacture of soils from MRF and decontaminated soils, and in the treatment of residual materials.
Composed of engineers, agronomists, biologists, technicians and other environmental specialists, the Viridis team will be able to meet your needs.
