A graduate in Agricultural Business Management and Operation, Michel St-Germain is also the owner of Ferme St-Germain et fils, a field crop production company located in Centre-du-Québec. He has been involved in the field of agricultural recycling of fertilising residual materials (MRF) since the beginning of his professional career 20 years ago. During all these years, he has hired and trained dozens of professionals on the particularities of this sector. Responsible for the growth of Viridis Environnement, he participated with his partners in the acquisitions of several competing MRF recycling firms. Today, he leads a multidisciplinary team made up of agronomists, biologists, engineers and technicians specialized in fertilization, agri-environment and project management. Its teams recycle nearly 700,000 tons per year of various residual materials and annually file nearly 500 project notices and applications for ministerial agricultural authorizations with the Ministry of the Environment and the Fight against Climate Change.

An agronomist and holder of a master's degree in biological sciences, Simon Naylor has worked in agriculture and the environment for over twenty years. His entrepreneurial spirit quickly led him to acquire his own business in the horticultural sector, a business that he has since sold to the next generation. Thanks to his skills as a negotiator and manager, he has developed numerous MRF recycling projects. A great communicator, he regularly acts as a speaker, panelist and presenter at conferences in the field of the environment. Always involved, he currently sits on the boards of directors of the Conseil des Entreprises en Technologies Environnementales du Québec (CETEQ) and Réseau Environnement, for which he was elected Vice President of the Residual Materials sector. He was also a director of Écotech Québec, an industrial cluster for the development of green technologies. Anxious to transmit his knowledge, he mentors entrepreneurs for 2 degrees, an incubator for environmental and clean technologies businesses, and for Cycle Momentum, an innovation accelerator and platform.

With a bachelor's degree in industrial relations, Marie-Josée has more than 30 years of experience in managing human resources and operating activities in industries operating in various sectors. Since 2013, as a private consultant in industrial relations and management, she has managed various mandates with small and medium-sized businesses. She has also acted as an expert resource on various executive committees. At Viridis since 2017, she has served on the executive committee and has been one of the leaders in driving the company's growth.
