The CMI Green Fund supports three projects in the heart of the municipality where the Fund originated!

February 2013, Saint-Luc-de-Vincennes – Viridis Environmental President Renaud Lapierre hands Mayor Jean-Claude Milot a cheque drawn on the CMI Green Fund. This financial contribution will be used to support three of the municipality’s sustainable development projects.

Stratégie d’économie de l’eau potable – distribution Kit Action offers the municipality’s residents tools for saving drinking water, such as low-flow shower heads, aerators, toilet tank bank inserts, shower timers and leak detection tablets.

Compostage domestique – distribution de machines à terre offers the municipality’s residents domestic composters with aerators, and one or two 90-minute workshops on domestic composting.

Amélioration et embellissement du parc municipal is an initiative to install outdoor equipment, plant trees, landscape and set up a community garden to develop an as yet untouched part of the 1,500 m2 park.
